Omnipod 5 + Dexcom G7
What did you have? (optional)
Your team's sick-day rules come first. Here's the general guidance to keep in mind:
That's not a reflection of you. Highs happen with type 1, even when you do everything right.
One small thing: have a glass of water, and if you've been high for a while, check your pod site the way your team showed you. Tomorrow is a fresh start.
Your readings and notifications are private to your account.
Tap anything that was part of your day, good or bad. After a few days the Fix tab shows what goes with your better days and what makes days harder.
Dexcom readings arrive every 5 minutes and pump data from Glooko every hour, automatically. You can still load a Glooko export by hand.

Sign in (on the Now tab) to save your team's email addresses and send them your summary, questions and a private report link.
Tick who to send to. Your team is saved here, so you only add each person once.
Opens your email app with everything filled in, so you can read it and add anything before you press send.
Open this to build the summary.
Includes the month's numbers against the month before, what's going well, where Tia would like help, her questions, and the detail (lows, dropouts, pod and sensor changes, placements, meals, tagged patterns). A private 30-day report link is added if ticked above.

Your clinic doesn't share appointments with apps, so add each one here once (from the letter or text). "Add to calendar" puts it on your phone too, and you'll get a reminder 3 days and 1 day before.
Count what's unopened at home. Each pod and sensor change logged after this is taken off automatically.

Days with a dropout are tagged "Sensor dropouts" for you, so they show up in "What made a difference". Untag a day if it wasn't a real problem.

For understanding patterns and staying on top of them. It never suggests insulin doses and is not a medical device. Your Dexcom and Omnipod apps handle alarms and lows. Discuss any changes to settings with your diabetes team.
